This kitchen remodel focused on opening the floorplan and transforming the space into a bright, functional, and welcoming environment. The project began with a full demolition of the existing kitchen, soffits, and the wall dividing the kitchen from the dining room, which allowed for a completely redesigned layout centered on cooking, gathering, and improved flow. New cabinetry, floating shelves, and calacatta ranger quartz countertops were paired with decorative porcelain wall tile to create a warm, transitional aesthetic. Updated lighting, including under cabinet fixtures, pendants, and recessed ceiling lights, ensures a well lit workspace throughout the day. The kitchen also features upgraded plumbing fixtures, a double basin stainless steel sink, and a suite of GE Cafe appliances to elevate performance and everyday usability. Custom details, such as a uniquely shaped island with seating and a bench seat with integrated storage, add comfort and functionality, while refreshed trim work ties the space together. The result is a spacious, modern, and highly functional two chef kitchen that meets the client’s goals for both daily living and effortless entertaining.

Re-structuring the existing space by removing the wall between the previous dining room and kitchen made a dramatic improvement on the layout for this kitchen. Now it's a fully-functional gorgeous two-chef kitchen with plenty of room for gathering and baking, the two main goals for this project. We were able to keep the cost down for the project by making intelligent choices on products and the scope of work through our design process.
